This reputable, experienced and reliable accounting firm was established in 1995 and is based in Vanderbijlpark, Vaal Triangle. The two woman founders, Madeleine Müller and Moira Badenhorst, who are still managing the day to day activities, have more than 30 years' experience in this environment.
Although not one of the larger role-players in the industry the two iron women and their dedicated, highly experienced and efficient accounting team will give structured and cost effective solutions to any request need which will be competitive and fair. They will always be available to assist and guide on any individual needs as well as any important business decisions.
Our current client base ranges from large corporate companies to small corporations and individuals situated all over South Africa with a variety of needs. The intention is to expand our client base and to ensure that reliable accounting & tax service is rendered at a cost that fits your budget.
We are registered with SAIT (South African Institute of Tax Professionals), and our staff frequently undergoes assessments to make sure that they are aware and up to date with the latest laws and regulations, especially in terms of accounting, tax and other compulsory requirements.

Our payroll services includes:
Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payslips for your employees and prepare payroll reports which we use to file your monthly PAYE/UIF and SDL reports/returns to SARS (EMP201s). Should you use a clocking machine we can set up our software to import clockings via teamviewer to ease payroll solutions.
Our bookkeeping services includes:
Accurate monthly processing and reconciliations of cashbooks (and accurate/detailed capturing of purchase invoices) and deposit / loan accounts
Debtors and creditors reconciliations, debtor invoicing and statements (optional) and all other account reconciliations.
Our taxation services includes:
2 x Company provisional tax returns,
Annual company tax returns,
Tax clearance certificate for the company,
Personal tax returns + tax clearance certificates for each director.
We also help with VAT and tax registrations and (bi)monthly VAT reconciliations and returns

Other services in this option includes: all SARS and CIPC compliance (amendments and more), preparation of the audit file and financial statements, issuing of share certificates, QSE and EME compliance affidavits and much more!
